Lumen Health builds the scheduling and triage tools used by ~120 community clinics across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. We're a 40-person company with a small, generalist design team of three.
About the role
You'll lead the design of our patient-facing booking experience — end-to-end, from research synthesis to ship. Expect to spend roughly a third of your time on user interviews and observational research in partner clinics, a third on shaping flows in Figma, and a third on pairing with engineering.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing complex, real-world product experiences.
- Comfort running your own qualitative research.
- A portfolio that explains decisions, not just outputs.
- Working German is helpful but not required; clinical staff often prefer it.
