About the role

Trailhead Analytics helps product teams understand how their experiments actually moved the needle. We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to own onboarding, expansion, and renewals for our mid-market segment (roughly 80 accounts, $20k–$80k ARR each).

Your week, roughly

  • Kick-off sessions with new customers (~3 per week).
  • Quarterly business reviews with existing accounts.
  • Working with product on the friction patterns you're hearing about.
  • One ungated, no-agenda “office hours” block customers can drop into.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in customer success or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Comfort reading dashboards and writing crisp account summaries.
  • Willingness to travel ~6 days a quarter for on-site QBRs.
