Harbor & Vale is a small, family-run kitchenware business that ships handmade cookware to specialty retailers across the UK and Ireland. We've been operating from the same Bristol workshop since 2008.
About the role
We're looking for an organised, friendly Operations Coordinator to keep our workshop, dispatch, and partner shipments running smoothly. You'll work closely with our two production leads and report to the operations manager.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly dispatch runs with our two courier partners.
- Maintain inventory records for raw materials and finished stock.
- Triage incoming retailer queries about shipments and lead times.
- Help plan our biannual workshop open-day events.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in an operations, logistics, or coordinator role.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and at least one inventory system.
- Clear, calm written communication with retail partners.
- A driving licence is helpful but not required.
Compensation & benefits
- £28,000–£34,000 depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus the workshop's full Christmas closure.
